01Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and euwin3, an online sports betting and casino platform operating under an international licence.

These Terms govern all aspects of using the euwin3 platform, including access to the website, mobile application, games, bonuses, financial transactions and interactions with our customer support services.

By completing the account registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the euwin3 platform, you expressly and implicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. 02Member Eligibility

euwin3 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Players who fail to provide verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or valid travel document may face temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

03Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one active euwin3 account at any one time. Holding more than one account ("duplicate accounts") is prohibited and euwin3 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any funds held within them if this breach is confirmed.

During the registration process, players are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on their official identity card.
• Exact date of birth.
• An active email address that is accessible by the player.
• A valid mobile phone number.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for transaction purposes.

Players are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account password. euwin3 recommends that players use a strong password and not share their login details with any other party. Any activity that occurs through your account is entirely your responsibility.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

euwin3 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The basic terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour after the withdrawal request is approved.
• All transactions must use a payment method registered in the same player's name.
• euwin3 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into the euwin3 account come from a legitimate and lawful source. euwin3 will not accept any funds believed to originate from illegal activity, and reserves the right to freeze funds and report suspicious cases to the relevant authorities.

05Bonuses and Promotions

euwin3 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set for each promotion. Players are encouraged to read the terms of each bonus before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus: euwin3 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.

Examples of bonus and wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 (maximum limit) → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 10 = RM3,000 must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Additional terms applicable to all euwin3 bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus abuse or fraud may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account terminated.
• euwin3 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Each player is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only.

06Game and Betting Rules

The euwin3 platform offers a variety of game categories including sportsbook, online slots, live casino and table games. Each game category has specific rules that players must follow.

General rules that apply across all game types:

• All game results are final once the relevant round or event has concluded.
• Any technical disruption that occurs while a game is active will be resolved in accordance with euwin3's dispute resolution policy.
• Bets placed using unfair means or through exploitation of system errors are void and may be cancelled.
• Odds and payouts for sports bets are subject to change until the bet is confirmed by the system.

euwin3 uses gaming software from internationally recognised licensed providers to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game round. All game results are generated by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

07Player Responsibilities and Conduct

euwin3 players are expected to act honestly, ethically and responsibly when using our platform. Any conduct that could compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party programs.
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities or abnormal conditions on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Transferring funds between different player accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• Harassing other players or euwin3 staff using offensive language.

08Account Suspension and Closure

euwin3 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected activity related to money laundering or fraud.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Repeated misuse of bonuses or promotions.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the euwin3 customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's original payment method once all active wagering requirements have been met or cancelled.

In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, euwin3 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account subject to a thorough review of the case.

09Limitation of Liability

euwin3 provides this service on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted platform availability, freedom from errors, or freedom from computer viruses.

euwin3 will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting outcomes.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside euwin3's control, including internet infrastructure failures.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Actions by third parties including payment providers or game operators.

10Amendments to Terms and Conditions

euwin3 reserves the right to modify, amend or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to players via their registered email or through in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the euwin3 platform after such amendments have been communicated will be considered your acceptance of the amended version of the Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on the euwin3 website and is considered the governing document for the relationship between players and euwin3 at all times.
